PayCo was started by an accountant who saw a need for payroll and tax support for his friends and neighbors who had small businesses in our north Georgia community. Since that time, the business has grown to provide a broad array of Human Capital Management resources to clients throughout the region. Our offices are nestled in a wooded office park in Baldwin, Georgia. But we’re connected to clients across the country.

A large percentage of our client base is made up of churches and municipalities. We also work with small to mid-sized businesses, helping their businesses grow by allowing them to focus on their professions while we share our expertise in ours.
